A Happy #TransAwarenessWeek snippet…
Hi all! In honor of Trans Awareness Week I’m sharing from Torque today—my bi/ace/trans poly love story (that earned an Honorable Mention in this year’s Rainbow Awards!).
In this scene, Mick and Mercy are having a beer together. The first line is Mick’s.
“Don’t you run parts?”
“That is the least interesting thing about me.” Mercy winked.
“I’m sure that’s true.” Mick took a quick gulp of beer to mask his surprise. He hadn’t meant to give himself away like that.

I love Torque! I read it a couple of months back, and it’s so wonderfully…hmm…like gritty oily engine parts. I enjoyed Mercy a lot, but Mick is definitely my favourite character.
